What’s Covered

2-Year Component Warranty — Motor, battery, controller, display, torque sensor, charger, and all electrical/mechanical parts.

5-Year Frame Warranty — Covers the frame structure against manufacturing defects.

Purchases on or after January 1, 2026 include the 2-year component warranty plus 5-year frame warranty. Purchases made before January 1, 2026 carry a 1-year component warranty with the same 5-year frame warranty.

Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (brake pads, tires, chains)
Crash or accident damage
Water damage from submersion
Unauthorized modifications
Commercial use (fleet, rental)
