Our smallest, rowdiest bike comes two ways: the original rigid frame — light, simple, city-quick — and the new Full Suspension, floating on a front fork and rear coil-over for the streets that fight back. Same soul, different suspension.
Both share the small frame, the long moto seat, the 500W Bafang hub, and the attitude. The rigid original is 7 kg lighter and $200 friendlier; the Full Suspension trades that for a fork, a coil-over shock, and a 7-speed drivetrain for the streets that fight back.

Four ways riders typically decide. Find the line that sounds most like your week — we’ll point you at the right build.
i.
Your rides live on pavement that behaves. The rigid frame is quicker to react, cheaper to own, and there’s simply less to maintain — no fork seals, no shock.
ii.
Your city fights back. The fork and coil-over shock soak up broken pavement, curb cuts, and the gravel path that saves you ten minutes — your wrists will notice by day two.
iii.
An hour in the saddle, most days. The suspension takes the sting out of kilometre forty, and seven gears keep your legs happy when the battery’s doing less of the work.

You carry your bike more than you’d like. At 23 kg the rigid Ponyboy is 7 kg lighter than its suspended sibling — the difference between a grunt and a workout.

Whichever frame you pick, you get the same little legend: the smallest, rowdiest silhouette we make, built to turn heads on every block.
Every rack, pannier and fender here is cut for the Ponyboy frame — rigid or Full Suspension. Add them on either product page, or start with the full bundle.
The questions we hear most often, with the answers we’d give over coffee at the workshop.
Four things: the Full Suspension adds a front fork and a rear coil-over shock, upgrades to a Shimano Altus 7-speed drivetrain (the rigid runs a clean single speed), and carries a slightly bigger 48V 15Ah battery. Everything else — frame, seat, motor, speed, brake type — is shared. That’s also why it weighs 7 kg more and costs $200 more.
If your daily route includes broken pavement, gravel, or anything you’d call "off-road," yes — suspension is the single biggest comfort upgrade a fat-tire bike can get. If you ride smooth city streets and carry your bike upstairs, the lighter rigid build is the smarter buy.
Yes. The racks, panniers and fender sets on this page are all cut for the Ponyboy frame and move between builds. The Full Suspension page also lists a few of its own extras — wheel covers and a frame leather bag.

Yes — both run the 500W Bafang rear hub with twist throttle and 5-level pedal assist, topping out at 32 km/h (20 mph). Same rules apply to both wherever you ride.
