Return Policy
Returns are considered case by case, and only under the conditions below.
What This Covers
This policy applies to bikes, parts and accessories, except batteries and chargers.
Case by Case Only
Returns are not automatic. Every request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a return is accepted only if we approve it. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.
Conditions
A return is only considered when all of the following are true:
- Unopened — the box has not been opened.
- Not used — the product has not been used in any way.
- Not ridden — the bike has not been ridden.
- Within 14 days — you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Not Accepted
- Batteries and chargers — no returns under any circumstances.
- Boxes that have been opened.
- Bikes that have been used or ridden.
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
This policy does not cover items that arrive damaged or defective. See Warranty.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review it and let you know.
