Return Policy

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused — the bike has not been ridden, assembled beyond unboxing inspection, or used in any way.
• Unopened / original condition — all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included and intact.
• Return initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Batteries — for safety and regulatory reasons, batteries cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
• Items that have been used, ridden, or show signs of wear.
• Items returned without original packaging or missing components.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. This covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value. Michael Blast is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
